DINNER SELECTIONS:

A Moveable Feast - Fork-tender Slow Braised Prime Beef Boneless Short Rib with Red Wine Braising Jus, White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, served with fresh seasonal vegetables

Old Man and the Sea - Salmon with Rice Pilaf and Cucumber, Avocado, Cilantro and Lime Salsa Verde, served with fresh seasonal vegetables

Eat, Pray, Love - Moroccan Spiced Farro Risotto with carrot ginger puree, topped with Mediterranean relish (cucumbers, capers, tomatoes, and Italian olives.) This option is gluten free and vegan.

DESSERT:

The hilarious and high speed DESSERT DASH is back!

These festive cocktails are ONLY available via pre-order, you will not be able to purchase them at the event.  Price is $13 per drink and includes both tax and gratuity. Cash bar will be open for other drink purchases.

Are you there God? It's me, Margarita. - Diablo's signature margarita.

Grapes of Wrath - Tito's vodka, grape juice and ginger ale.  Served over ice in a hurricane glass.

A Midsummer Night's Beam - Fresh mint muddled with fresh lime juice and a bit of sugar.  Served with bourbon and ice and topped with club soda.
